Finding Your Split-Second Peace
Finding Your Peace Within The Chaos
I want to find ways to not let life overwhelm me.
To not take it all so seriously.
Because it is ALL TOO MUCH.
All the things to do, all that the kids and house and work and husband seem to be expecting of me.
And sometimes it’s me expecting things.
Must it be like this?! This sucks!
Here is one thing that I learned:
To find the split-second peace in chaotic life circumstances, I need to reach in, and find a way to activate my self compassion. The whole point in this life time is to be kind to myself. If I am not kind to me, then who the heck is going to be kind to me?
So, find a way to be kind to yourself, ok?
Now, you might ask: How will you find a way that works for you, of being kind to yourself?
Lets talk about what NOT to do: if your mind is talking unkindly to you — then it is not the voice to listen to.
Example: “I can not believe you, again, you are not taking time for yourself! How many times do I have to tell you that this is important, if you don’t do this, you will burn out, and what will the people depending on you will do THEN?”
So, don’t listen to THAT, It will not help you find peace.
But if you want to connect to an inner kind creative voice, then let’s do it together.
Lets talk about what to DO: nothing creates self-love like self-expression. And this can be done more easily and quicker than you think.
I invite you to join me, and (Re)Awaken Your Creative Mind with creative writing, because it is a beautiful and quick way to access empathy for yourself. And doesn’t have to take a lot of time:
