Everybody goes through
Worry and fear.
It is a part of being human,
and there is nothing wrong with it.
The reason I am writing to you
is to share the experience
of being human,
of giving space for pain,
of finding a way,
of connecting back to well-being with creative writing.
How is writing helpful?
Creative writing is play (the way we do it here).
In play, we can practice:
letting go of striving,
letting go of the illusion of quality —
This brings relief, joy, and well-being.
