Creative Perspective on Life
Creativity is a way of life.
Not only a set of skills to create beautiful things,
But a way to create a life that feels good, connected, solid.
My life is a lab of studying this,
And I study it non-stop and then try what I learn.
One key point,
Is to take a new perspective on life,
And notice that our feelings
are not so much created as a result
of events or occurrences in our lives,
But much more so –
Our feelings are created as a result of OUR THOUGHTS
about events or occurrences.
This has been said by many before me.
It was probably already said before by me, haha.
However, I continue to discover
that it is still far from being the mainstream way of grasping reality.
I am here talking about this because
I believe it needs to be spoken about,
It needs to be heard by as many people as possible,
Again and again –
Because it holds an important human wisdom,
which allows us to create a life that feels good, connected, solid.
So, again,
What I am saying, is that our feelings follow
OUR THOUGHTS about events or occurrences.
Feelings are not so much (if at all)
created as a result of events or occurrences in our lives.
This is a pretty radical statement, and it probably brings up
A lot of resistance and questions from many people.
But if you are here,
I guess you are at least ready to ask those questions,
And face that resistance,
Because you might be looking for new perspectives
on this experience of being a human
with feelings and thoughts.
So, what do you think your next question could be?
